1. At the founding in Osaka on Apr.3, 1975 under the name of Kinki Kosan
Co.,ltd. With the capital of yen 5,000,000.- main job was hiring out of
the company owned work vessels to Fukada salvage & Marin works co.,ltd.
one of our related companies. @
2. Oct. 1978, Capital was increased to yen 30,000,000.- and the company
name was changed to SNK OCEAN CO., LTD. Our business gradually expanded
since then, hiring out the vessels to many companies, ocean towing, underwater
works, ship demolition, purchase and sale of machinery, equipment, materials
and diving apparatus, etc. @
3. Feb. 1980, Introduced manned submarine HAKUYO and department of diving
apparatus design, fabrication and sales to further expand our business.

4. Apr. 1988, Capital was increased to yen 80,000,000.- @
5. Oct. 1991, Acquired Remotely Operated Vehicle system HAKUYO 2000 from
I.S.E. Canada. @
6. Dec. 2000, Introduced DPS vessel SHIN RYU MARU. @
